Mid-Century Modern in San Jose

A very nice Mid-Century-Modern style home that I shot recently for Brett Jennings/Keller Williams Bay Area Estates.

The owners of this home previously lived in an Eichler Home in the South Bay Area. It is interesting to see the influence that Eichler Homes have had in the Bay Area, and I have shot a number of high-end homes built by owners who previously lived in an Eichler Home and wanted to maintain the feel of these homes when they could afford something on a grander scale. How many other types of tract homes have exerted such an influence?
