Beautifully Updated Palo Alto Eichler Home
Here are are some photos of updated Eichler Home in Palo Alto, CA. I think the homeowner did a beautiful job with this, and I am confident that my grandfather, Joseph Eichler, the founder of Eichler Homes, would be well pleased with the result. The homeowner did the design for the updating, as well as all of the furnishings. You would think that she was a designer by profession, but that is not the case. One must remember that, after all, most Eichler Homes were originally modest tract homes, as was this one. I think it is a testament to the quality of the original designs that an update and redesign of this quality can be done with them.
